Josh Burks is a direct, trustworthy, experiences and competent straight shooter. He took time to explain common issues and rather than rushing to push an install of a new unit, Josh found & fixed a minor problem that helped us keep our older unit. Very recommended.

Of all the pros you recommended Josh is the only one who knew what a swamp cooler is. He replaced mine for a reasonable price.

Falcon made the process really easy and did the work quickly and efficiently. Owner was on site to check on the work and all permitting and subsequent inspections were scheduled by them. And they gave me the best price.

Falcon work was very professional, but most of all personable and reasonable to work with. This is very important to me and I was very happy with their work and their customer service.

Had other people check our HVAC and recommended replacement of system. Called Falcon for a quote. They said we only needed a switch replaced and that system was in fine working order. Highly appreciate integrity.

Josh was right on time & let me know he was on his way, which I appreciated since I am a busy person. He was upbeat, nice & professional. It was a very hot day, & he had to do some work to do on the roof but he never complained. He fixed my air conditioning for which I was very grateful. He had to run out & get a piece of equipment & came right back. For all the work he put in the cost was perfect for my pocketbook & for that I was also happy. I highly recommend Josh & Falcon!!

Josh was courteous, on time and very professional. He did a fine job in analyzing the problems and quoted a reasonable fee for fixing them. Was very thorough. I would absolutely hire him again.
