Laid back guys but VERY professional. I told Kerry my issue over the phone and he assured me that he would get it working and guess what, HE DID!!! AWESOME job. I'm going to use them to even update my electircal box. I asked for pricing on a "worse case basis" and even for a worst case, their pricing is reasonable..... Thanks again.

came earlier than set appointment, called first. connected roof fan, checked switches, installed ceiling fan. left some debris but was expected since ceiling sheet rock had to be cut. charges seemed reasonable .

He encountered some harsh difficulties with moving a switch because the builders designed a wall pretty much made out of solid 2x4s... undaunted, he found a way to make it work, and get us going in time for another project that was waiting in the wings. Great work even in adversity!

Mark, was very professional. He came out gave me an estimate and although busy, said he would come on Saturday morning & install a new fan and move another. He was exactly on time and completed it in less time than he estimated. The job required a different kind of switch than the one currently in place. He ran to Lowe's to get what he needed. I expected the extimate to exceed what he had originally quoted, but he charged me what he quoted. I was very pleased with his work and will hire him again for any future jobs. Thank you Mark.

Highly recommened. A breaker tripped and would not reset for our master bedroom on a Friday afernoon. Kerry called within 5 minutes from the on-line submittal, and came over ( with parts based on troubleshooting he did on the phone with me) a few hours later after finishing his current job. The troubleshooting was more complex, but he fixed the problem and didn't charge extra. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Great job, I will use him again in an instant.

Contractor changed appt twice, had to order new part to fix the attic fan, 11 days after contacting contractor, new motor was installed

"I arrived at his home on time with a pre-arrival phone call. I was prepared with the most common replacement motor. it was not a match. I ordered hit motor within 10 min of leaving his driveway. The replacement motor was shipped fro Arkansas over the Mmorial Day weekend, and i gave him the first early am appointment i had (SAT 8:00 am) I even offered to enter his attic late on Thursday or Friday afternoon with outside temps around 95 deg. I did the best I could and feel this rating shortchanges me and my company. I will take a serious look at his concerns and endeavor to do better in the future."
