"I am Chris Lynn the owner of Fast Systems and I want everyone reading the reviews to know exactly what happened. My employee of 8 years went to Mr. Narad G's home and took the $400 dollar deposit. That was also the day he quit work. I was unaware that this transaction has transpired or that he had gone to Mr. Narad G home. When HomeAdvisor contacted me about the money I wrote a check and delivered it to Mr. Narad G home personally. I apologize that this took place and now personally monitor our Home Advisor leads to ensure that this does not happen again. I also sent a copy of the process check to Home Advisor to show that Mr. Narad G had received and cashed the check. This is very unfortunate and we as business owners can not always control everything that happens. What we can do is make sure we correct whatever mistakes were made and live up to the 5-star rating that we have received from other customers. Thanks Again."
