What a nightmare installed vinyl flooring throughout the house remodeled the kitchen Painted interior remodeled bathroom took 6 weeks longer than contracted lousy customer service no communication Would tell us workers would be out Monday thru Friday and no one showed up they had to come out to repaint because they did such a lousy job and had to come out three times because the shower was leaking Finally finished work on 3/14/22 and came out in April because they did not seal between tiles in the bathtub and window Floorings starting to come up They lack integrity very dishonest Warning look elsewhere.

I highly recommend First Class Construction for any remodeling project. Their team is professional and responsive. The quality and timeliness of their work is exceptional. Their pricing is fair and up-front with no hidden costs! Extremely satisfied!

I had several smaller projects and was not sure they would want to do the work. They did!! I had a lot of wasted spaces in my home and wanted to utilize the space with cabinets. I have essentially doubled the entire cabinets in my home with 3-different room focuses. I have floor to ceiling cabinets on my master bedroom wall (that is parallel to the hallway) a beautiful coffee color that matches my bedroom furniture perfectly and adds class and elegance to my home. I have the same amount of cabinet space added to the opposite side in the hallway which I absolutely love (and in a white color). I added a door to the master bathroom (was just an archway) to add privacy and stopping the light from disturbing those still sleeping :). I cannot even believe there was ever an arch there as it matches perfectly with the angle and height of my closet door. Lastly, my house did not have a large pantry and I never knew how much food was stuffed on my shelves and I ended up with so many duplicate or spoiled products because I could not see what was in the back. Now I have 2-24 Inch wide shelves 54 inches high with pull-out drawers for my pantry and I could not be happier. I am so happy with the workmanship, the care, and knowledge used to make my home so much more functional. I would absolutely recommend them and will be using their services in the future.

As our family grew, and we were outgrowing our home, we contemplated moving to another home but the prices were beyond our means. Thankfully, I found First Class Construction through Home Advisor. Chad (owner) came out as soon as I contacted him. He took measurements and gave us an estimate then and there, as opposed to another company's rep that waited over a week to respond and their estimate was way over our budget. The process, due to Covid, has taken a little longer, but Chad kept us up to date on the time frame and would constantly come by and check on the work, sometimes doing some of the work himself! My wife and I were impressed by his professionalism from the onset; he's a no nonsense, hard worker that makes sure his customers are happy. He immediately replies to my texts messages with a phone call. Chad and First Class Construction has made it possible for our family to stay in the neighborhood we love and give our kids and extra bedroom, Jack and Jill bathroom, plus extend our bedroom and closet space!!! We couldn't have asked for more, and when we did, Chad always came through! The workers have always been respectful and professional and the hard work done by everyone has definitely been First Class!! Again, Covid has slowed construction progress (as I'm told by all the workers that have been here), but as they say the end justifies the means, and as we are near completion of this dream project, we know it has been worth the wait! Caution- Poor workmanship and lack of integrity It is unfortunate that I am forced to write this review, but I cannot recommend First Class Construction, and give them the following evaluation based on the outdoor living space they constructed for us in July- September 2020. First Class Construction scorecard: â ¢ Vision & Design: B â ¢ Workmanship: C- â ¢ Communication: D â ¢ Follow-through: D Chad Adam, the owner, came out and painted an inspiring vision for us with thoughtful solutions for the construction and design of our outdoor living space within a budget of approximately $25K. Unfortunately, upon execution, our experience turned negative for the following reasons. Schedule- Neither Chad nor Angi, the designer, were on-site a single time during the time that the workmen were here working. The construction team(s) did not show-up predictably on a daily basis, often with gaps of 3-4 days in between, while I received no communication from Chad, and was left wondering and leaving messages. When the workmen did show up, they d usually arrive by 10:30AM and leave before 3PM, which caused the construction to take over 8 weeks to be completed. Integrity 1- Chad and his designer, Angi, are kind enough, but continuously over-promised and under-delivered. We are understanding and if supply times or inventory is scarce during the pandemic, I would understand delays. However, there were at least 4 instances of both Chad and Angi promising timing that they did not deliver on without any forward communications. It was always after I called to ask after the promised timing when something would happen that Iâ d get reasonable excuses without apology. Integrity 2- First Class built an outdoor living space for us and agreed, as part of the project, to build a gate around it to keep my dogs out. Chad dragged his feet on including the gate in the contract, all the while promising that he include it as a separate addendum. When the project was completed (foundation + overhang), he told me that he really can not be bothered with such a small job and cant include the gate. Now my dogs are naturally wondering around the space, a marking their new territory, etc. Workmanship- I let Chad and the workmen alone to do their job as Chad had promised throughout the job, without nagging nor complaining. Toward the end, I pointed out that the holes cut in the ceiling for the lights were significantly off-center with gaps, that the wood beams were cut haphazardly with incorrect angles so that I could see light through where the wood was connected and later filled with caulk as a solution, that there was a centimeter gap between the rain gutter and the roof, etc. Chad told me that, Maybe I am just being too picky.

Honest, capable, fair pricing, reliable quality, outstanding project managing and personnel, timely in their work.

Chad and Brittany are amazing. The workers are very skilled, and they finished my patio within a reasonable time frame. I definitely would recommend this company to anyone who wants quality work at a reasonable price. I look forward to hiring this company again for future projects.

Chad is very professional, responsive, and dedicated to seeing the project through. He's also very creative and offered great ideas to enhance our existing space while keeping budget in mind. His staff demonstrates very high standards, is hard-working, respectful, and friendly. They took excellent care of my home. Chad was the only contractor I interviewed who agreed to provide me with an estimate before signing a contract. He has delivered on an expedited basis providing excellent workmanship throughout. He is honest and completes the work timely and as promised. I would highly recommend him and his team to family and friends. Thank you, Chad!

I had a great experience with First Class Construction. Since the time of the initial estimate I had a good feeling about doing business with Chad and his company. Unlike other contractors, Chad gave me a very reasonable quote on the spot. I m an impatient person and don t want to wait days or longer for a quote. He was great at communicating throughout the job letting us know what to expect all along the way. The job took a couple days longer than expected but since we were kept in the loop the whole time it made it extremely manageable. The job I hired him for was to remove a window and move a slider. The job involved framing and stucco work. Stucco can be tricky since if it s not done properly it will not blend well with the existing walls. The walls came out amazing! The blending his crew did was so smooth no one would be able to tell there was any work done. The crew always cleaned up at the end of each day which I appreciate. Highly recommend! I ll definitely be reaching out for more projects.

Second time trying to submit this review, Awesome work and they completed the job ahead of schedule and on budget. Very pleased and if any projects arise in the future we will be using First Class Construction again.

I cannot say enough good things about Chad. I've always been satisfied with the work he has done for me!
