Floor Coverings International and in particular, Baltazar, helped us get our house back together after a leak damaged our floors. He was patient, knowledgeable and organized. He responded to texts immediately and always found answers.His genuine personality, professional knowledge along with a honest bid is why I ultimately went with this company. The whole team was attentive and understanding and we appreciate their responsiveness. Our floors look great, thanks to Juan and Joanie’s hard work. I will come back to Floor Coverings International, when it is time to re-floor the rest of the house. They go above and beyond and will earn your trust.

Very professional and prompt service. Owner showed up on time with samples and we had our quote same day. One week later they handled moving our furniture to storage and the install of our new vinyl began the same day.

Excellent Customer service. Above and beyond. Relatively small order but timely updates on the order and delivery status. To me the ultimate test is when something is not perfect, in this case not FCIB 's fault but the manufacturer who shipped the flooring. It was not properly packaged causing damage to the edges of the planks. (Thanks FCIB for checking!) They reached out to the manufacturer and had replacement planks to me within a week ( it had to come from CA) Truly appreciative of the service and effort to make it right even when out of their control.

Very timely, met all appointments on time with professional estimators, coordinators (their administrative pros) and the installers. The follow up from staff was always pleasant and really represented both care and respect. From first contact to final install I couldn't have found a better company to work with. Top tier professionals.

A little bit of a rough start due to the installer showing up late. But once he arrived he worked pretty quickly so complete the job by himself in a reasonable amount of time. Very happy with the quality work and finished product.

Jon and Carlee were great to work with. Jon handled the estimate and design while Carlee came out to oversee the moving crew to make sure everything went smoothly. When the installation crew showed up they were polite and friendly as well as professional. When the installation of our new floor was done l couldn't have asked for a better installation, the installers are craftsman. Upon completion Carlee came out to inspect the job. We couldn't have found a better company to hire.

I liked the personal touch. The bid process was easy, reasonable, and informative. I liked all the people from meeting the owners in person and the flooring crew. They did a great job, were done in the amount of time predicted on the day they were scheduled and seemed to work well together. I thought they liked working as a team. The floors look stunning!!!

They were great to work with and kept on schedule even though some of staff was out sick. The quality of the work and product (LVT, LVP, and carpet) was great! We love how our house looks with all new flooring!

They also remodeled my master bath, and did a great job,! I would hire them again.

We did have to leave our home, because they wanted to take out all furniture, but in less than 3 days our whole house was installed. Very nice,, wonderful people to work with. I would highly recommend this group to help you with any of your flooring needs.
