I agree with Amy this guys is a fraud. Lies every time he opens his mouth. I paid 2/3s upfront and all i got was excuses. He even wanted to use car bondo in the metal parts that were to be welded. If you see this guy run! he will take your money and you will either get crap or excuses.

This is a fraudulent company. I have no idea how they passed the HomeAdvisor check to get a listing. The owner, Gary Fox, is a liar and tried to steal my deposit of over 10K. Excuses included the following: tied up with another job, employees had sticky fingers, employees **sabotaged the work**, hurt his back, took pain pills and overslept, stuck in traffic, car broke down, and then the final one when I had finally gotten him to guarantee he would be there on a certain date, hit by a drunk driver and in ICU. Had to report him to the police. Run as fast as you can away from this company.

I was very impressed with the customer service. I received immediate response and a scheduled visit for measurements within the hour. Also Gary was very user friendly and provided a quote I felt was very fair once I made the decision on materials. I also am getting a very quick install date. We are very pleased with the service.
