I had a fantastic experience with Mr. Ferrell! When I reached out to Angie, he responded promptly and was so professional, polite, and attentive. He's such a friendly guy and his work is amazing! He took the time to explain everything and made sure I understood the job. I learned a lot from watching him and asking questions. He didn't mind at all and was so patient! The best part is that I initially called him for one job, but ended up getting flooring installed in three rooms because he was so quick and precise. I'm going to call him again for future jobs because his pricing is so affordable. Mr. Ferrell is a great small business owner and he's talented at what he does!
