I'm highly disappointed in the quality of service and lack of professionalism. With 19 perfect reviews, I thought I wouldn't have any issues. Prior to me deciding on hiring Fernanda for her services, she offered me a free estimate by stopping by the house. I gave her a tour of my house that was trashed by former tenants. Mind you, I paid for junk removal separately prior to the scheduled cleaning, so the house was empty, which should have made the housecleaning easier. I wanted the entire house cleaned and even emphasized on the dusty blinds and dirty appliances. She was adamant for my business and offered me a great deep cleaning deal for the entire house. Perfect reviews on Angie's list, so why not? Before I left to run errands after letting Fernanda and her colleagues in my home to start cleaning, I asked Fernanda if she accepted PayPal, which was listed here on Angie's list. She said, "yeah, or cash or check." I returned about 4 hours later. My window blinds still had a lot of dust, my oven was still greasy, the bedroom closets were still really dusty, they left small water puddles on the basement floor, and my refrigerator still had scum marks. I had showed Fernanda and her excuse was that my appliances & blinds are old and said that they should be replaced. I used my fingernail to show her that I can easily scrape off the grease in the oven, so she was nice enough to "re-clean" that for me, which was still dirty even after she cleaned it the second time (refer to photos for the before & after I used my fingernail to scape off some scum marks in the oven; that's how easy it was so scrub off yet she didn't do a good job). I showed her the refrigerator and also scraped some scum off with my fingers. As for the blinds, she kept insisting that I replace them. They were NOT broken. They were just dusty and needed to be cleaned. She was clearly annoyed. She gave me an attitude and raised her voice at me cutting me off. She complained and said, "it would take 5 minutes for each blind!" First you tell me that I need to replace my blinds and then you admit that it would just take you too long, which is why you didn't want to do it? I didn't want to continue arguing with her, so I just asked for her PayPal. She tells me that she doesn't have PayPal, so I had to run to the closest ATM to pay her cash. I asked her why she told me she had PayPal earlier and all she did was apologize for inconveniencing me. She KNEW I wasn't happy. She texted me later in the evening after dropping off the receipt that I requested and apologized, yet still insisting that I needed to change my blinds and oven because they're too old... Lack of quality and lack of professionalism. My home smelled like bleach and it just seemed like everything was just wiped down, not deep cleaned. Sadly, I'll have to hire someone else to get the job done right.

Although the girls were running late, when they did show up they got right to work! It was 3 girls and they were done really fast. The only thing I wish was done a little better was the walls around the stove and kitchen sink. The house smelled clean, however the bleach smell was a little too much for me since I’m pregnant. Overall they did a good job and I’m going to use them again for reoccuring cleaning since I’ll be on maternity leave for a few months.

Fernanda did a fabulous job. I am disabled and haven't been able to clean well for quite some time so the house had lots of dusty chair rungs and dirty, sticky kitchen corners. I asked her and her assistant to clean all my "little spaces" as well as a regular cleaning of bathrooms, kitchen, bedroom and living areas. When they left I was hard pressed to find any nook or cranny they hadn't made spotless. And all this hard work was done with a friendly smile and desire to please that made them a pleasure to have in my house for three hours. I have already arranged to have her come back monthly to keep my little AND big spaces sparkling. This is a terrific example of why I have been an Angie's list member for 20 years!

My appointment was scheduled for a time that was convenient for me. Since I have been very busy, I needed to hire a cleaning service and I was not disappointed. They did an excellent job.
