These guys were among the best contractors we've ever worked with! Professional, courteous, punctual, left our home clean afterward and we can't stop looking at our formerly ugly living room ceiling that was cracked and sagging after a catastrophic roof leak last winter. Now, it is impossible to see any evidence of anything ever happening there! We've only ever had one other contracting team do work like them in 30 years of home ownership and the rest we usually "settled" for. We are really pleased.

Fidel, was a great Contractor while renovating my condo. He did Drywalling, Painting and installed Vinyl Wood flooring. Awesome job on all (3) projects

The work was very professional. Fidel did all of the work. He worked hard to make the drywall repair look like an original wallboard. The only suggestion for a better score would be to show up on time and clean up a little better. He is a very good worker and takes pride in his work.

Carlos does excellent work! He is an expert at drywall and patched 3 large areas in my home. You would never guess that the textured wall is not original. He even came over on a Saturday for our convenience. His work is PERFECT and I can't wait to hire him again! BEST VALUE IN SEATTLE and the best work ever!!!!!

Carlos did an excellent job fixing a hole in my wall. He also noticed a nail in another area and just fixed that as well! It looks great and he was very professional, friendly, and responsive. I highly recommend him and I will hire them for other work in the future.

Carlos did a nice job patching a hole in our drywall. I can’t even tell that there was a hole in the particular spot. He was courteous, professional and prompt.

Carlos and his team did what they said they were going to do when they said they would do it. And they took great care of my house while doing the messy job of tearing down my water damaged ceiling and replacing it. I hope to never need that level of drywall repair done again, but if I do I will be calling Carlos at SJT.

Craftsmanship was good as far as it went, did not complete the job, made 3 or 4 appointments to finish and missed them all. I fired him.

Great so far work in progress

The work is excellent, got the work done in one day. I had three holes in my ceiling. However, the left trash in my front yard and used the roofer's dumpster without asking. Also they were suppose to place plaster over All of my furniture, half of my sofa was uncovered. My tables and book shelves were not covered at all. Someone washed something in my kitchen sink and left the white powdery substance all over my sink. Would I recommend to anyone...……….. well yes I would but I would share all of this information. Like I said the work excellent.

Carlos said they could blend or match knock down. They didn't. Looks like a bad patch job. Tape fell off in areas after painting. Drywall screws visable. Noticable seams even in areas with new drywall. Sprayed knockdown on our T.V., microwave and treadmil. We cleaned it off. Used painter's caulk instead of dry wall mud in areas, stating we could use crown molding to cover it. We had to fix it. Visible gaps once switch plates and fixtures installed. I have pictures to prove it.
