We recently moved into a home that has a fireplace with a basic gas valve tray. We didn't even have a key to turn the gas on. Brandon arrived at his scheduled time, found that we needed a long handle key rather than the standard key that he had, so he checked the chimney while here, made sure it was in good working order. He scheduled to come back the next morning with the special key for the gas turn off/on and the sand & vermiculite to dress the burner. He made sure the gas valve functioned properly, positioned the logs appropriately. We now have a functional fireplace with the ease of gas. Very knowledgeable, he arrives on time. He will definitely the person we call for future chimney cleanings, etc.
