If I could give 6 stars I would. It started with Steve Erickson showing up early for the quote (the other quote I got was 2 hour late). He took care of all the discounts we qualified for and got the project moving two days later, very impressive in my opinion. Aaron was the tech who installed our new furnace and was very friendly and professional. The whole experience was very positive! It's an expensive piece of equipment to replace, but I feel great about it especially since Steve's quote came at half the price of the other company. Honesty and integrity is why I'll definitely use First Call again. Thank You!!!
