After signing the agreement, they were a little slow in scheduling the work, compared with the other companies who said they could come out sooner. Their price, however, was better than all the others, and we needed to get this done as cheaply as possible since we were under contract to sell the house.

Not the best communication but the price is too good to complain and the install tech was amazing. Hard work, well done install. Will use them again.

Fixed was a little slow for responding, but the Norton Air the Contractor came out to review the project. Andrew of Norton Air was a professional. We went over the project as I did with 4 other contractors. Andrew knew the answer and more. He listen to what I wanted and didn't try to sell me something. When his people came out to install they was also professional (all three other workers and the crane operator). A great group of guys. My wife was please.

This review doesnâ  t have an air conditioning and heater installation category, but thatâ  s what I hired them for. My air conditioning as well as my heater were shot. They replaced it for half the price many of the others were quoting with new units for heating and air with a 10 year warranty. Their installer was a great guy named Don, who always showed up on time, in a great mood, did a fabulous job & definitely went above and beyond! I highly recommend Fixâ  d & Don. I trusted him and I know they will have a good follow up. Absolutely thrilled with the whole project. I hope for anybody who needs a new heating and air unit or repair on the existing unit please call Fixâ  d and then ask for Don.! Very knowledgeable, experienced professional!

Signed contract and scheduled installation and they didn?t show up and they didn?t call. I finally call at 10 am and found out they were missing parts. Rescheduled a second installation date a week later. Same thing, no show and did let me know until I called at 10 am. Rescheduled for a third time. This time someone showed, but without the HAVC equipment to install. He said , ?he just wanted to see the job.? After the each missed installation date, I contacted FIXD and spoke with them. The people appear to be nice, but none of them could help, just restarted the scheduling process. I did learn that they subcontract the installation and don?t pay them enough. So if the installer is busy that on the day of your installation, they just cancel for more profitable work. The last installer who did come out, said in had to turn in an estimate for the job, if FIXD did pay enough, he wasn?t going to take the job. Bottom line I wasted 10 weeks waiting the installation and finally had cancel the contract because FIXD could not find a subcontractor who would take the job. FYI, I live in the San Francisco Bay Area and the company is in Texas and they just don?t know the local market for Air Conditioning.

The FIXD mobile app seems to be a bit glitchy but besides that I am satisfied with their work and communication

This is by far the worst repair company I worked with. They do not have dedicated technicians and they keep rescheduling repair dates. They are super unprofessional.

Had an amazing experience with FiXD home services. Mainly due to Josh's excellent customer service from inquiry to completion. Any questions or concerns I reached out to Josh and he answered them for me. The installers were great and professional. Experience was so excellent that I am going to replace my current home warranty with FiXd. The app makes things so easy and response time is 10x faster then my current home warranty!

We needed a heat pump for our recently purchased house. After much research, we decided on Fixd because the price and sales response were excellent. This is where the good review stops. The unit we chose was unavailable, but we did not find that out until the morning of the scheduled installation from the warehouse manager. We were unable to get a response from the salesman who screens his calls and did not return ours. We chose another heat pump brand and scheduled the installation. The heat pump that came in for installation was the wrong one. It had a heat coil that required a 220 electrical connection, but the one that we ordered only required 110, therefore we would need an electrician. The installers did a good job, but Fixd was not able to find an electrician in their network to complete the hook-up. It took 5 days to find an electrician, who came late and said he couldnâ t do the job for a week and has more 1 star ratings in Yelp and Google than any other rating. That is 10 days without air conditioning in August. In the meantime, weâ re getting emails telling us we need to pay our invoice, which was incorrect. Lastly, their app is worthless. They texted me to check the status of my install on the app, and it was not current or correct. The *Concierge** phone number on the app is not working, as the recording told me. I finally found the email for their Regional Sales Manager (they have no published phone which tells you something). I sent the email 2 days ago and have heard nothing. I advised them we would find our own electrician and reduce our payment. I have had no response so I contacted Home Advisor and filed a complaint. Though their prices are good, donâ t let that fool you. You will be paying for it with your time.

They do not even deserve one star. I scheduled an a/c installation on a Wednesday afternoon for a Friday morning 10am appointment. My a/c stopped working completely on Thursday with 93 degree temperatures outside. I called and left a message Thursday afternoon to confirm. Friday morning, 10am...no show . Called the company # and it was out of service. I once again called the cell # (straight to voicemail). Called Home Advisor and they were unable to contact them. 11 am....12 noon...still no show. 12:30 pm I get a call from scheduling to schedule an installation for SUNDAY !!! I told the woman I wanted to speak with the guy I spoke with on Wednesday and she said she would give him the message. Never heard from them again. Completely inconsiderate and unprofessional. Stay far away from FIXD!

My experience was absolutely amazing. Not only is the price exceptionally reasonable, the staff that assisted in the process went above and beyond to provide the best service possible. The men who installed the system were extremely detailed and did not hesitate to answer any questions I had. They spent multiple hours at my residence to ensure that everything was correct. I would most definitely recommend this company to any individual that is shopping around. You guys gained a forever customer.
