"Customer was a nightmare from day 1 I bent over backwards trying to make him and his wife happy. Even after I had them sign a paper saying they were happy with the granite install, they then proceeded to try and tell me it wasnt the right color 3 days later.........even though they went to the yard and picked this specific slab themselves..........they just wanted something for free so I finally caved and gave them a $700 credit towards the granite. And this bogus statement about not finishing the kitchen is bologna, he paid me in full the day i finished absolutely everything. After I was paid I told him how messed up it was that he loved everything so much as to sign our quality completeness paperwork only to come back 3 days later when it was time to pay to say that not only did he not love it but its the wrong color and he should get the tops for free!! Id be happy to show anyone the final pictures of his kitchen and let you be the judge. - Frank Santora"
