Frank remodeled our kitchen and powder room. He did such a great job we hired him to do two bathrooms, laundry room, converting a sitting room in the master bedroom into a larger closet and putting wainscoting in my dining room. Every job he did was really well done. He was there every day until each job was completed. His attention to detail is impressive. There were a couple cabinet mistakes that the cabinet people missed. Frank caught them and had them redone. He works well with you. Gives suggestions if you need. Will tell you why something won't work and how it can be completed to make you happy. I will be using him to put on a new deck. I recommend him highly to anyone who wants a job done by a professional contractor who cares about his work and does not disappear after the job is completed. He will check in to make sure you are completely satisfied with the job.

Let me start by saying that Frank is a perfectly nice guy, but he was the most expensive contractor at $35 sq. ft. I went with him thinking if I pay the most, everybody will go above and beyond and take the time to do the work right. Except for the framing which was well done (by him), all the rest off the work was mediocre to average. Nobody spent 1 minute longer than they absolutely had to, preferring to come back multiple times rather than do it right the first time. For $55,000 I now have to look at poorly spliced crown molding, rushed and sloppy drywall, and a storm door I have to pay someone else to install correctly. Ps: His plumber hides his mistakes so check carefully.

I hired Frank for a total master bath bath remodel. I had never worked with prior to this project. His work is top notch, he is very easy to deal with and very responsible. He charges a very fair price and you won't have to worry about hiring someone else to fix his mistakes later as I have had to do on other projects where the lowest bid turned out to be an illusion. So he wasn't the lowest price offered but he provided the best value and was the 2nd lowest of 5 vendors I surveyed. As the lowest bid was provided by someone with much less experience and range of services, I think Frank was a much better choice as he a mature, competent and trustworthy contractor. Once started, Frank was onsite through completion of the project and provided guidance and ideas that I incorporated into my bath design. I am happy, and most importantly my wife is very happy with the quality of work and that of course makes my life less stressful. Frank overcame obstacles that every house has including un-flat floors, non-square original trim and doors without any issue nor did he nickel and dime me with charges related to those things. I will definitely put him at the top of the list for any future remodeling plans or projects I have in the future.

We hired Frank for a half bath remodeling project. Frank was very responsible, he communicates with us about what we want and made some very good suggestions! His work is very nice, top quality! He also did it in a timely fashion and met our timetable. I would hire him again in the future for any other renovation.

This guy Frank is tops. He came to our house for a deck project and worked within our budget. When it came to the permits we were informed by the crazy township we live that we could not build what we wanted as we had little to know buildable space on our lot. At that point when most contractors would have bailed, he worked with the township for a scaled down version for what we can build which was much less in price than we wanted to pay. We are getting something we can enjoy thanks to Frank and his work with the township. He emails me everyday informing us what he will be doing. Never had a contractor do that before. He is prompt, polite and does all work himself, does not sub-contract. I wish I knew him for other projects I had done around my house. He is great to work with.
