Gutters & Downspouts Cleaning Service
I hired this firm to clean my gutters in January 2011. The job was started and paid for on 14 January. It is now 11 February and the job is still not done. In addition, no one showed up on the original cleaning date.

The installer was very helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately only 95% of the work was completed and my appliance was not secured in place. I made constant attempts to contact the company to remedy the situation only to be put off for other work or have appointments missed. I would not recommend this vendor for any services. summary: Work not 100% completed Phone calls not returned Appointments not kept Once paid the vendor did not come back to complete the work

"heres the deal with this,i installed the diswasher properly made sure it cycled,checked for leaks and epoxy his clips to his granite tops,waited for it to adhere advised"HIM"not to touch the door or try to open the diswasher for about 2 more hrs.i clean up i leave not more than 30 min pas by i get a phone call stating theres a problem with the fasteners.i asked him what happened he says i opened the door to the dishwasher,his impatience interrupted the epoxy adhering correctly so you guys be the judge on that one.thank you."

"actually i did more than contracted the client had issues with moisture between the pane windows,two other contractors refused the work prior to my visit,the agreed contract was to only reseal the exterior windows,but i disassembled the two windows cleaned the moisture in between the windows reassembled them and resealed the exterior.this is a case of unappreciation of work performed but satisfied."

Frank was great. He did an excellent job and then some. He cleaned up after the project was completed (the debris, etc.) He always returned phone calls, showed up on time, was always respectful and best of all, the prices were very reasonable.

I would definetely not recommend Frank Turner for any projects. We asked him to do some work on our windows and he not only did it sloppy but wrong (work that we will have to re-do now because of his mistakes). His pices may be better than other contractors out there, but his work is mediocre at best,

"first of all this couple was a definite nightmare,between the husband and wife they had different objectives,one way for the husband and the other for the wife,i didnt even get to finish the job i pulled out of that one and cancelled the contract on them,but overall i should have dealt with ONE person only or them together as one opinion not seperate.live and learn."

Frank showed up on time, gave me a decent estimate, and has been hired. Later he called me and said there was a complication, so I offered him more, which he accepted. After that, he never showed up, and stopped returning calls. It has been several weeks. If you want your project done, I suggest choosing someone else.

"this case was sort of complicated,mr r was always out of town when contacted and the material was very high end and needed special order,and in that case the whole arch window trim needed replacing,not just the leg,so in order to do a change of order i needed him there.my schedule was hectic and had other jobs to do not chasing down him.so i let someone else have it."

Mr. Turner communicated with me concerning the questions I had. My deck had considerable mode and stains from a cherry tree and the end result was very good. My deck looks good. Mr. Turner was there on the days he said he would be there and I am having him return for additional work.

He came out quickly, gave us a more than reasonable quote and cleaned up after himself. What I really appreciated is that he made sure that I was satisfied with the job before he moved on to other small jobs that I had for him.
