Flow Roofing is hands down the best home repair service weâ ve ever received. This may be long, but itâ s worth reading, so stick with me! We woke up to water pouring out of our fuse box this morning. We originally thought it was our roof, so I called a few places that (understandably so) charged a hefty service call fee, but also werenâ t able to help immediately. I ended up callingFLOW Roofing. Phillip worked us in ASAP, communicated throughout the morning letting me know when he was arriving, and eased my worries quickly. It turns out the water was coming from a gutter issue letting the water pour straight into the pipe that leads to the fuse box. It was a 10 minute fix for Phillip. The cost wasnâ t a concern of ours, but hereâ s the part that made my heart SO full: Because it was a quick, easy fix, Phillip didnâ t charge us a penny! He simply said, â Itâ s a good neighbor gesture.â WHAT! ð Genuine, kind, honest humans like Phillip are few and far between in the service industry these days. Due to his patience, alacrity, and graciousness, we will use FLOW Roofing for all future roofing needs. We will also fervently recommend FLOW Roofing to any/all friends and family. Easy process owner came out and knew exactly what was wrong as soon as he got up there and got back to me as soon as he could. Workers was super nice and cleaned up everything very well when they were done. Will use again and will recommend every time someone I know needs a roof repaired or replaced.

Everything and everyone was great. From the salesman and estimate, to the workmen who did the install, everyone was efficient, professional and definately knew their business. Not only did they meet all expectations, but they far surpassed them, going above and beyond anything I could have imagined. Also, the clean up is beyond reproach. After several weeks now, I haven't seen even a single nail left behind. Remarkable. I've been 50+ years in the construction industry and can easily rate FLOW roofing as the best I've seen.
