We had squirrels in our attic. They had to reschedule multiple times. We paid $1300? and the squirrels are still up there. Calls and texts have gone unreturned. Waste of money.

Hired W.P.E. on 1/10/25 for rodent problem in my home. The invoice & David Flores explanation detailing what the job consist of was not done correctly causing to still have a rodent problem. Contacted David about multiple issues, he came an inspected job on 2/11 and determined the install was incorrect . Plans were made to redo install. no response from W.P.E. as of 4/14/25. This has been a horrible experience.

on January 13 they came closed off area s where squirrels could get in . Set traps for mice. Told I should install ridge vent guard. Paid for guard to be ordered. I was told they would be here on January 20 to check on work. Never came. I contacted them on February 3 , told me guard was ordered . Contacted me again on February 10, asked if there was snow on the roof. Told them yes and haven t heard back since. Trying to contact them, and # s either disconnected or no answer, if I got through it was to voicemail. Left messages never returned . I have receipts and contract but I m not sure how to upload them to your website

Dave aka Dikeedrin Flores, came to my home, gave me an estimate of raccoon removal. He did not complete the job, and the job he did do was subpar. He was paid over half the bill and then disappeared. Cell phone no longer works, email no longer working. I hired this company through Angi's List. I got no where with them, no response from Dave. Do not hired this guy. He has done this under the company RodentX and I am sure he is on to his next endeavor. I also will say, do not go through Angi's List. They claim that do background checks on their pros, but if they had, they never would have allowed him to advertise on the site. Very disappointed in both Angi's List and Dikreedren Flores.

Very nice and thorough first meeting. Estimate given, agreed upon pricing. Agreement was 1/2 down, rest when completed. Was to start work on 2.19.25, overslept, started work on 2.wp.25. Was there for about 4 hours, came back 2 21.25 for about 2 hours. At that point had to fix any holes outside of house, replace the siding in two places on my house, and work on Chimney to keep rodents from getting in there. Couldnt do the work, due to the cold and icr. Left my property, text to say, I owe him over $2000 because over half the work was done, and be back on Monday 2.24.25 when it was nicer weather. I text him the agreement was half down, half when finished. He then stated he should get paid for the work that was completed. I then agreed to give him $2000 more. Providers never returned. Disconnected the phone number, and website. The receipt i was given was not complete, therefore I cannot submit to insurance company. Garbage left behind, insulation in crawlspace is inadequate.

Evaluation and estimate went well with Dave. He was knowledgeable and personable so I felt comfortable hiring them. His father and another staff came to do outdoor prevention and set traps indoors for the 2 mice I had. All went well, and one mouse was trapped right away. The other one has not been trapped as far as I can tell, so I texted Dave for a follow-up (part of the service), but received no response. Then I received my credit card statement and found out that they billed me twice for over $1500!! I then called Dave, but he does not have his voicemail. I also sent a text and called a couple more times, but no response. I am now disputing the charges with my credit card company. So disappointing!

Despite freezing temperatures, the crew was very meticulous and hard working. Everything seems to be sealed.

Dave did an excellent job and even stayed extra days to ensure he captured my skunk! They were very professional and got the job done. It was a relief because I am out of town and they handled everything and kept me in the loop. Thanks Dave and Patrick!

They were very polite efficient and prompt. Pricing was fair. I recommend their services.
