FMB Roof It LLC.  Rob and his crew did a great job on our roof and our insurance company thought he was accurate on his assessment and with estimate. The problem I have had with Rob is once you have paid the final bill he will not answer your calls and will not call you back after leaving voicemail. We found out that the Final Inspection was never completed in Lee County. I finally got ahold of him last week from my wife's phone, since he screens calls and wouldn't answer my phone or call me back and he answered, at that time he informed me he would get the permit issue resolved. I checked with the county permitting department almost a week later and nothing had been done. I went and took care of it myself so we can get our Homeowner's insurance renewed. I have never dealt with an individual or company like this before and he did the same thing to a friend of mine just recently. Our roof was damaged from the tornado in January 2022 and it was close to $90,000 to replace. I paid Rob promptly each time he requested payment and am extremely disappointed in his dealings after the job was completed. I spent $500 to fly down and resolve the problem and an additional $200 to get the Roofing Permit reassigned to me so we can get final inspection scheduled. Hopefully this email finds the correct person and someone will address the issue.
