"Reviewed all photos with Andrea during summary of inspection and transferred by email with report. No state lab in Idaho for mold, mildew or fungus testing. Gave Andrea all contact #s for ID.gov. She was not charged for testing because no lab is available. Never postponed contact, returned the two calls promptly, explained there is NO LAB for testing, not part of the agreement signed prior to inspection."
