I hired Fernando to do some small projects in a rental property I own. He is very responsive and his estimates are reasonable. He was punctual and reached the property on time. He even fixed some additional issues that the tenants pointed out, at no extra charge! He kept me informed the whole time, sent me pictures of the work he did and it was really a pleasure working with him. Highly recommended!

Great job! This is a 2 year old Pulte home and most of the caulking was already cracked needed to be replaced on the outside around windows. He replaced caulking ( I provided a premium caulk) on every window. Looks great. Had to reschedule because of rain but came on time each time he came both to give quote and to do the work. Very professional

He showed up to work with his girlfriend. Didn't have the right tools so he tore up everything he worked on, he used a saw-zaw to rework cabinets, our appliance was not properly installed, he literally destroyed our cabinets, didn't follow instructions, I don't know if this guys other reviews were fake or what because I read them all before hiring him. He had no clue what he's doing. Nothing against him personally but he should not be hired to do any repairs or maintenance. I wish I could upload a photo of his completed work. He's sloppy, unskilled, unprofessional. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY USE SOMEONE ELSE. Seriously, you'd be better off watching a single diy utube video and winging it yourself. It was as if he had no knowledge in the field whatsoever, the work was ridiculous, absurd that he is working in this trade. Very very very disappointed with my first hire on home advisor. Unbelievable!

Fernando was very prompt and professional. He got the job done quickly and efficiently. For this simple task, he did not try to overcharge me like some of the others. So, out of appreciation for his grace and integrity, I paid him more than what we agreed upon. I will definitely keep him in mind for future work that I might need.
