FMK Mechanical did an outstanding job on my HVAC system install. He recovered my old R22 refrigerant and dismantled my old system. He then installed a new TempStar high efficiency furnace and a new 15 seer 3.5 ton A/C unit with a cased coil. He made a custom lineset run within the floor joists so nothing would show under the joists. He was also training some young men on the job with a better education than they could get at any college. He really knows his business and was a pleasure to work with! I would highly recommend Freddy Palacios at FMK Mechanical.

They came out right away, on a Saturday night and fixed my heat. A part was needed and he came back on Monday to finish up the job. It was quick and very affordable.

I had a major water overflow from frozen pipes ...and my pilot went out there is no heat but ices in the house ....and Freddy come up to replace a new thermocouple, within a second the heat started working again. He is very polite and quick , unlike other technicians with bad attitudes and over charge with people situations, he even help me to lock my front door(because my door wasn't able to close due to the expanding from the waters and ices), and I wonder does he repair other stuffs beside the heating and cooling units. I definitely want to use his service again.
