Do not fall for the glowing reviews like I did! I hired this company to come in and repair my microwave and ice maker. The tech came in took a look at everything and recommended that I order parts, which did through FNR. It took over a week for him to show up again. He works on my ice maker, says they sent him the wrong one, but he would fix it to work. So far no complaints (1/2 star). The microwave - He had the wrong part which required me to have him order another part. No one checked or called me - finally I called them. They will send him out next week. He shows up for a second time, still not fixed. Bad part was given to him. He is going to check on the part. I call, leave message, call again, leave message, over a two-week period! NO ONE EVER RESPONDED! I finally text the owner, and he has to give up on fixing my microwave. AFTER A MONTH! No response from the company, leaving me hanging - no response to my repeated calls - nothing. Now it is 5 weeks later, still no microwave and I have to hire someone else. I have never had such poor service. I would never recommend or hire this company again!

Vinnie was very informative and polite. He was able to get the washer to work again. I am was very happy with his service. Great work.

They have Zero idea. They had me pay for parts that were needed and one month after, my machine still does not work. They have charged me labor on two occasions and had the audacity to cash even after I informed them that the machine does not work an hour after leaving my home.

Another company came twice and said there was nothing wrong with our oven. Your tech came, diagnosed the problem in minutes (re-calibrated the oven thermometer) and was done in less than an hour. He was polite, efficient and professional. My wife is now happy to have her oven working again.

Vinnie is fantastic, really knows his stuff, is honest and just an all around nice guy. Would highly recommend.

I highly recommend Vinnie for service and would call on him again. The washer problem was difficult to repair and it took Vinnie several tries. He was patient, gracious, and knowledgeable. He made several visits to install new components but charged me for only one visit. Happy customer.

Vincent came to fix my washer on the Friday before New Years Eve. It needed a part that wouldn’t be in for a week. I told him I really needed it before that! He called around and found somewhere that got it to him on Sunday and was back to install it bright and early New Years Eve! He really went above and beyond

Vincent the owner of FNR Appliances is Knowledgeable and willing to fix a problem it if it is worth fixing, if he feels otherwise he will tell you to ahead of time to protect your pocket book. He came to take care of a problem with my fridge on a cold day on Dec 7th 2018 ( to fix a Refrigerator in my garage) .He did fix it and saved all the food stored in it.His charges are very affordable in Hudson valley standards...

Delay in setting up appt ...communication could be better. Had to make a number of follow up calls over several weeks after part was ordered. On time for appt, efficient, courteous, respectful

There were some mixed communication between the contractor and myself. But the contractor finally contacted me and he has the part.

Excellent service! Very professional, came on time, has a great flat rate for his work. He quickly diagnosed the lack of heat in my dryer as a blown fuse- he replaced it and then gave my husband a tour of the dryer so that he could fix it next time. He felt badly that he had to come all the way out and charge us for such a small repair, but I was happy to pay for the quick fix and assurance that we could do it next time. Would hire again in a second!

Very curtious and professional. Diagnosed the problem and had to order part to fix. Did a temp fix for us to keep the fridge runnung until part was available. He knows refrigerators! Would take no money until job was complete after he installs needed part. Would definitely recommend and will use in future.

Showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the problem as a missing part from LG from the day it was made. Wish I called them sooner. He ordered the part, came back to install. Will use and recommend them in the future!
