My thermostat said my house was only 46° this morning. I had used Home Advisor once before for an electrical work in my basement. I was very pleased with that job that I decided to call them this morning first. A guy Mitchell called me within 10 minutes and my furnace was fixed by 10:00 am. He was prompt and friendly. He figured out right away that it had gotten dusty around the starter pilots witch . It's always nice when things aren't as broken as you imagined.

Forrest responded quickly, we had no heat. The boiler went out at 2:30 a.m. He was customer service oriented, was expeditious and thorough. He had some parts and had to get others. He had the hot water heat working to keep us warm and also serviced the unit as well all in one trip. The cost was reasonable. I will hire again for my boiler furnace needs. I recommend Forrest Mechanical HVAC. I am a huge advocate for independent local businesses and he is an asset to Northern Colorado.

Very accommodating. Was able to get a new furnace in just a few days had an issue with the building inspector but he fixed everything the next day. Everything is working great. I would hire again.

Forrest responded quickly and had our central air conditioner fixed in about 15 minutes. We were impressed with his customer service so much that we had him install a mini split upstairs later. Excellent work at a reasonable price. Will definitely call him for any HVAC issues in the future.
