If only I could give negative in the star rating - they do not deserve any ratings at all, they actually deserve to be put out of business. Avoid hiring this company at all costs. Regrettably, we failed to conduct proper research before engaging their services. I strongly advise thoroughly scrutinizing any potential moving companies before making a decision; they represent the epitome of unethical behavior. This company engages in deceitful practices, theft, and dishonesty. Our move from California to Colorado turned into a nightmare. It took them over 15 hours to pack our belongings, and every piece of furniture suffered damage, some irreparably. Moreover, they stole items from us. Despite following their claims process (CSI claims, which is laughable), when we rejected their offer, we were forced to pay $375.00 for arbitration, which proved futile. Apparently, because the claim exceeded $10,000.00, the moving company could disregard the arbitration agreement. We've lodged complaints with the Department of Transportation and the Better Business Bureau. Our last resort is hiring a lawyer, yet the expenses continue to mount. It's always the consumer bearing the financial burden while the moving company evades accountability. I'd find some relief if this appalling excuse for a company ceased to operate. To add insult to injury, they mishandled our BMW motorcycle, despite being unlicensed to transport automobiles. Not to mention this whole process has taken us over a year and still have no resolution in sight.

We moved from California to New Jersey in June 2023. They failed to delivery 1/2 of our big furniture as well as our filing cabinet with important papers including GIA certification, Tax documents, etc...They managed to lose a complete day bed set, a twin xl mattress and boxspring (they only provided the metal fraim - what a joke), a 42" TV, an $1100 upholstered Ethan Allen chair, our filing cabinet, and a heavy 36" wall mirror. Their customer service just continued to tell me, " we are sorry, our warehouse cannot locate it". "please file a claim". We even paid an extra $1000 for expedited delivery and they refuse to give us even a penny back because they say that 1/2 the stuff was delivered on time. They have no logic and only care about making money any way that they can get away with it. There was absolutely no empathy or consideration for our family of 4, including two toddlers. They are pathetic and should be held accountable. DO NOT USE THEM.

This company has no respect for the items they are entrusted to move. Yes I expect things to break during a move but not to have legs of tables, chairs and piano all snapped off (all solid wood furniture.) File cabinet was dented right in the front by the lock. Literally heart broken and praying I can get items fixed but know I will not get much from the insurance claim. Just an awful company and so glad that home advisor will not match them with people and hopefully they will kick this company off their site all together

We spent thousands on professional movers because we were moving out of Nevada and wanted to make things easier. Mover Vans was awful and made this move extremely stressful. This turned into a six-month-long customer service nightmare. The movers who unloaded the truck were day laborers hired online- not professionals. Many broken and damaged items. Several lost items. Extremely unprofessional behavior from the unloading crew. The insurance process was terrible. Seriously use anyone else. These guys are a joke.

This was a miserable moving experience. We were passed on to a variety of contractors rather than working directly with one team as promised. The truck was late and was involved in an accident during transportation. Luckily no one was hurt, but it caused thousands of dollars in damage to our personal items and significant delays. It has been nearly impossible to get any information via phone or email regarding our claim and months later we have still yet to have the issue resolved.

Would appreciate accurate estimates. Coming to do actual estimates rather that underestimating and overcharging. The company promised to process credit card payment and did not and then only wanted cash or money order after our items were picked up and loaded into the moving van.

Beware, not trustworthy, do not abide by their word, no communication skills not local movers but they are moving brokers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

The movers worked very efficiently and helped us arrange our furniture in a storage unit and saved a lot of space. We plan to hire them again to move our furniture from the storage unit to our new home two months later.

I chose this company based on their availability for our move date. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is moving. They were on time, careful with our belongings, and professional.

I have literally never had nicer or more quick and professional movers in my life! They were so easy to book with, being very flexible in a somewhat difficult situation, and the movers who came were all so sweet and efficient. Nothing got broken or smashed, they were super careful, which has never once been my experience with movers before.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! Worst experience ever. Not only did they not deliver all of my things their claims services are beyond awful. From the top, my wife hired a broker North American Moving Expert LLC to get us moved from AZ to FL. North America brokered the deal with Mover Van Lines and this is where the problems began. Pickup drivers showed up late crammed our items into a truck that was already too full, had us sign some paperwork, and off they went. The only thing we knew for sure was that our boxes were headed to Las Vegas to be put onto another truck. Waited 6 weeks, sleeping on an air mattress, for our goods to be delivered. The driver spoke little English and his helper, who was a day laborer, showed up on a moped. We are still missing 17 of the 35 boxes that were loaded. Parts of our bed were broken, our tables were all scratched, and they did not have our 3-piece couch or our coffee table. More than that they did not honor the clause in the contract regarding the reassembly of our goods. Called Mover Van Lines and were directed to CSI Pros to submit our claim information. Of course, we were offered no guidance as to how the process worked, and after completing the 15-page claim form that included pictures of the damages incurred website references for the damaged items, and all other necessary information our claim was denied out of hand. I do not think I have ever felt more disrespected by anyone. Never hiring Move Van Lines or North American Moving Experts again. Advice that we can offer from this experience. Do not hire anyone that is a broker, use only companies that deal directly with you. Do not hire anyone that is going to offload and then reload your belongings. Always buy the insurance and make sure you know how to file a claim against the moving company. Worst move ever. My husband passed away and moved from Tucson to Seattle area to be with family. All the items packed by carrier arrived broken or damaged. Many large items that did not fit in boxes did not arrive. Example a ladder and hand truck. Containers were gone through and my late husband's camera was stolen!!! He was an avid photographer. So many memories lost!!!!!! Boxes were mangled!!! They showed a total lack of care regarding my possessions. I was told just to file a claim. Filed a claim and got a whole $54.00 for my losses and damaged items. Will cost more to dispose of the items than what I paid. Customer beware,do NOT use them!!!!!

Not sure where this 5 star reviews are coming from. Very unprofessional company. Please BEWARE!!!!!!! They will break and lose your stuff. Contract only benefits the carrier not the customer. Look somewhere else and make sure you do not sign a contract with warranty that only covers .60 cents per lb. XXXXX moving group was my broker and they will lie to you regarding coverage and warranties. Do your homework and scratch this guys off your list.

Do not listen to Richard Gibson or Mover Van Lines in anything they tell you because everything they tell you are lies.

This entire experience was a series of mistakes, frustration, and untruths from the broker to the deliveries, yes plural as in " all of our property was not delivered the first time. Various pieces of furniture and the floor of our new residence were damaged. When wrapping the wood furniture, tape was stuck directly to some wood surfaces which will damage the finish when removed leaving sticky residue in it's wake. Scratches, missing items just to name a few of our issues. Neither the pick up or deliveries came close to hitting the timelines I was given which caused us to be up until after midnight for both. Broker grossly under-quoted the price for the job. We ended up paying double what he quoted. I was also not offered additional insurance, so we will see how claims go on missing and damaged property with the meager insurance they provided. When I expressed my displeasure to with the brokers performance to customer service, I was told they could not be responsible for the brokers actions, even though he represents their company as a contractor. Our load was split between two small trucks and unloaded and reloaded multiple times at various warehouses and in and out of various trucks across the country. It is no wonder items were loss and or damaged. Overall, A HORRIBLE AND NERVERACKING EXPERIENCE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND MOVER VAN LINES TO ANYONE!
