Quality work. Moves quickly to get the most out of the hourly rate. We threw a few curves (additional small projects) at Frankie when he got here. He handled them unshaded and within original cost estimate.

Frankie is fast, reliable and trustworthy. We sent him in to our house while we were gone. We had never met him before, trusting that he was legit, it turns he was. He fixed our issues in a jiffy.

we rehung door that came off the hinge.
Response by Frankie Fix-It, LLC: Called on a Friday Night at 9 pm for service. Her door to the garage came off the hinges. I went over the next morning on Saturday "not normal business hours" and replaced hinges and installed longer screws into the wood studs to support the solid core door and only charged $65.00.
