My gas oven would not light. It was determined that a part need to be replaced.

Francis was great! I had just moved into my new home, and I was very disappointed when my fireplace would not light. Francis was able to fit me into his schedule quickly even though he was busy. He was able to fix my problem and explain to me what was wrong and how to avoid it in the future. His price was very reasonable. I would recommend Francis to friends and family.

Frances gave us useful information regarding maintenance of our propane fuled fireplace which has a glass enclosure. He did his job quickly and efficiently and we are satisfied with his service. He came when expected.

Francis was fantastic! We moved into our new home and had a natural gas dryer. The line in our new laundry room was propane. Francis was very helpful when I called to explain the problem that I was having. He ordered the conversion kit and was there in a few days to install the dryer. The job was much more complicated than we realized and Francis was very knowledgeable and patient. He did an amazing job at a reasonable price - and even came on a Saturday to get it done!! He went above and beyond and we would recommend him to anyone!!!!!!

Francis came out on Sunday during Memorial day to save our family party....and did a spectacular job. we were thoroughly impressed with his experience and the speed at which he got things up and running. Quick, courteous and convenient. The company came out to service my space heater, it was up and running in no time. The only complaint I would have is the price was a little high for the time spent on the service, however, I understand I am paying for knowledge and skil, not just time.
