The owners were friendly and easy to work with early in the process. After hiring them, communication became very one-sided. Once the project began, the build was prolonged, and they seemed to have logistics, scheduling, and supply chain issues. The crew is friendly enough though. Following the completion of the project, I learned that they had not acquired a permit for it, which is required in this city for this project. Upon an inspection, there was a long list of code violations that require correction; this will cost me more than it cost for the project originally. At this point, and onward their communication ended entirely and they were impossible to get a hold of.

They took excellent care of me I am in a wheel chair and they brought everything to me. I am very grateful for the job they did for me. Their customer service was excellent.
