I had a massive leak from a shower fixture in my Belhaven home. They came when promised, made the repair to the fixture only to find that 3 other showers in the house also had the same problem. They made all the repairs requested including capping off the pipes for one that I had planned to remove. This took several trips to the home and they did this without a deposit. Very professional and knowledgeable. They made a repair instead of a replacement which would have cost me more.

I want to tell you that F.R.E. Plumbing responsed to my request in 45 minutes after I got off the computer. They arrived here at 9:00am this morning and went right to work. I was very happy that they responded so quickly. Very professional, courteous, and did not over price me. I have had that problem in the past (being a single elderly woman). It turns out that my septic tank is the problem. He even call a service that should be here any minute. I will be call F.R.E Plumbing for any future plumbing problems. Thank you for helping me find them.

Water Heater - Repair or Service
My water heater stopped working but I was researching tankless water heaters. FRE decided it was best to be conservative and changed the heater coil. It worked over night but went out again. FRE came back early that afternoon and provided reasonable, affordable options. I had the water heater replaced, and due to the prior costs incurred, the labor costs were significantly reduced and my total expenditures were very reasonable for the work that was done. Chris called several times over teh next few days to make sure everything was working well. Very good service considering I found them on the internet.

FRE were professional, nice and prompt! I would have preferred they accept credit cards but they prefer cash or check which is really out of step for the 21st century. Otherwise, I will definately use them again.

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
Called and came within 45minutes wonderful price. Clean and neat instilation. Completed job in two hours. Removed old tank. We had hot water in an hour. Would rehire.

Service guys were pleasant enough, but solved only half my problems. I won't be calling them again.

"We try very hard to make repairs quickly and properly. Sometimes after a repair is made it may break again or need additional repairs. If I had known additional repairs were needed i would have returned, at no charge, to insure the customer was totally satisfied. Sadly this customer chose rather to complain than notify me that I needed to take another look at her plumbing problems. If she will call me i will still make any and all repairs necessary. Thank You!"

Well Pump Repair or Service
Mr. Fuchs did come out and look at our well. He repaired one switch, and replaced the bladder (a 20 gallon one) with a 2 gallon bladder. He charged us $150.00, and we still didn't have water when he left. We finally just told him to go, we'd find someone else because it was obvious that this job was beyond his experience. He was nice, and prompt, and I'm sure if you have basic plumbing problems, Mr. Fuchs would be just fine. I dont feel he should have charged us for the bladder that he knew wasn't big enough.

"The customer's bladder tank was defective and waterlogged. I replaced the defective one with the only one I had at the time on my truck. I explained to the customer that a larger tank was needed and that I would be happy to return and install one. I returned at night. in 20 degree weather, for a second trip (at no charge) to replace a bad pressure switch which I told the customer was bad before I left the job the first time. I never heard from the customer again in regards to finishing the job of installing a larger bladder tank. Everything was fine when I left the customer's house and they had water."
