Hired then late Nov 2024. Rushed to do the job, left a darn mess in the area. Left large air pockets and caused even more damage to my home's foundation.
High pressure sales, terrible work. The warranty doesn't cover anything due to Foundation Recovery does NOT stand behind their work.
I'm disgusted with their dishonesty from sales to repair and management.
I will be hiring a structural specialist, contacting the Attorney General and filing a complaint with the BBB.

Oh they'll come and do the work, case your house, and when they show up a year later to check on the work they'll offer you something else that they just happened to have in the truck. In my case they noticed we had a dehumidifier and a year later they ripped my wife off and sold her an over $2000 dehumidifier, and when I asked her to send it back they refused to take it back and now we're stuck with it so it seems, absolutely disgusting way of working.

The project went very well. The crew was excellent finishing as promised in a single day. Tge sales guy was a pleasure to work with as he was very thorough in deterring the exact situation and what fix was best. I highly recommend this company.

Concrete - Injection Leveling - Mudjacking
The lifting and crack sealing of my driveway and front walkway/porch was fantastic. The driveway sank a little bit a couple of months after application and they came back to lift it free of charge. However, if you need concrete flatwork done, I would suggest going elsewhere. We had two corners that needed poured because they were too damaged to lift. They had to come out to repour three times in one year, and the concrete is already starting to crack again.

I contracted FRS to help me with drainage in my garage and to secure a wall that is cracking. They did a good job in putting in ditch and sump pump in the garage. They attempted to put 2 ankers in the wall to secure the wall but they hit rock in the yard that prevents the ankers...which I understand. However, they said they try and see if there were other options and would get back to me. I've been trying to get them to return my call since August 2024 (multiple phone calls, texts) and they always so someone will get back to me...I've received nothing. Even if they don't have a good suggestion...I just want to know. I've spent $10k with them already so would at least like to receive of phone call back if they don't have any suggestions. Very poor response to my needs. At this point...I would not recommend FRS.

hired 2021, i guess 2024 dry year, they came back and added more poly to drive and p walk. thought since 3 years ago the would not fixed/raise. BUT THE CAME OVER 1.5 MONTHS IN DEC AND REFIX. SO THE CONTACTED OFTEN (JOY I THINK) AND THEY ARE A FEW to honor there work. highly recommend. brian did the rework and we tipped notice. GREAT JOB FRS we are northland kc. i dont have time show pics.

Sales presentation was great and salesman said better work than others and always responsive to problems. THEN. Shoddy work and no response to multiple calls and emails. Did not clean up and left all of the room covered in concrete dust and the floor with concrete chunks. Concrete work looked like DIY I could do.

Overall we have not been happy with the entire experience with our foundation as the work we had done did not remedy the issue. it its entirety as we believed it would. We have a duplex unit where both us and the neighbor needed work done so there was a lot of work to entail. Together we spent 17,575 dollars to engineer a solution to stabilize our foundation and within months our neighbor had another 20,000 of additional work as the side of his house was collapsing including a large enough gap you could stick your hand between the chimney and house. We naturally had ours re-inspected and was quoted as needing an additional 11,000 dollars worth of piers from FRS, but we decided to get another bid from Trasher who said we would need an additional 28,000 dollars of work today. Thrasher had some questions in regards to what was sold to us, so just ensure to keep prints, quotes, measurements, and agreements.

The job was finished 21 days and I still don't have an electrician to wire the sump pumps . One electrician made an appointment for the Monday after the system was installed and didn't show up. The discharge was supposed to run 37 feet into the yard it only runs about 10 feet. I question if this as far enough, to prevent water from running back into the basement. If this happens, I will hire an independent contractor to extend it and send the bill to this company. Finally, I was told the paperwork and warranty would be sent by mail. i have yet to receive it. Just makes me wonder about this company's .credibility.

Foundation Recover systems had the most reasonable price, for the best work. Corey came out to the house for the estimate and was thorough. He explained the issues that he found, and all the solutions that were best, for my situation. He was about to come up with solutions, where I didn’t have to move plumbing, or remove my whole deck. Corey came out the night before and removed planks from my deck (for access purposes.) The project took a total of 3 days for multiple piers and brackets. The construction grew was efficient and knew what they were doing.Corey came back out after the project and replaced the decking. He went above and beyond for me. I know he will do the same for you.
