I hired him to install a wall, a closet, shelves, patch a hole, install a ceiling fan and move a bed. The wall, closet, shelves and ceiling fan turned out great. The patchwork is not that great, wall is not smooth. He did not end up installing the closet doors that I wanted because he did not do his research a head of time and did not know that they were not available for another couple weeks and the cost would have been a lot more. We agree on a price a head of time and then ended up asking me for more money. At the end of the last day he ended up finishing at 6:30 PM and said he had to get home, so he could not help with the bed. I ended up having to hire someone else to bring a bed frame upstairs.

Timely response, showed up on time, went right to work, was very personable and knowledgeable, the work was great.

I am a retired General Contractor and the work that FRT & Sons did was exceptional from the response time of his first call to his visit at my house on time to start the job and met his schedule. Clean up was great along with quality. Nice to work with a contractor that did what he said he would do. Great job.

Excellent service and communication. Loved their expediency, quality of work and their clean up. I thought my job was complicated because of flood portions of drywall removed by another company from damage of leak in several areas of home- upstairs and downstairs.
