Carpentry Framing - Install
Total nightmare from day 1. Estimate took 10 days and he needed to be reminded twice. In the end said his assistant forgot to send it and would send it out by the end of the day. Why the assistant couldn't send it immediately he would not say. And that became the pattern. Poor communication, poor work and ultimately ghosted me on finishing the part of the job I didn't descope because of poor craftsmanship. There were 3 tasks, with many more behind it if he could have completed the work and communicated. Didn't even come close. 0 of 3 were completed. I uploaded an image of the built-in I had asked for. I sent pictures and a verbal description of "a trapezoid with the part facing the living room running parallel to the most exterior wall." I asked for a drawing and got some half baked sketch on a piece of paper that was not at all what I asked for nor what was pictured. I corrected, resent drawings and the image is what resulted. It's so bad. Just stay away.

Mr. Ferguson has done three condo remodels for me and we are getting ready for the fourth! I love the work in the bathroom remodels, they are so creative and gorgeous!
