FS Appliance Repair Service

I have a home warranty through Sears. FS Appliance was subcontracted to repair my washer machine. The person (I was never given his name) made an appointment for Wednesday, July 30, between 10AM to 1PM--he never showed. After several attempts I reached him and he rescheduled for Saturday, August 2, for the same time frame. I never heard from him since.

Victor has postponed the repair appointment FOUR times, and I?ve had to use the laundromat for the past two weeks. His VM is always full, and getting through to Cinch Warranty is ridiculously complicated! Yet they took the deductible as soon as I contacted them for service.

In May 2022, I hired Victor to fix a washing machine. He was supposed to come between 8am and 10am, then he changed that to between 1pm and 3pm, and he finally arrived at 4:30pm. Then he fixed the thing perfectly fine for an okay price.

Victor came to my house and after telling me the repair was complete the first time I used the washer it flooded my house. I have been dealing with his third rate insurance company for 3.5 months only to be lowballed and find out the washer that was ruined is not even covered under his policy. He never returns a call or follows through when he accidentally picks up the call. He has promised to reimburse me for the washer(2 year old LG i paid $1200 for) but that has never happened either. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Victor came to the house diagnosed our non-working oven as needing a new control board. he took $95 in cash, said he was ordering the part, and I haven't heard from him since despite numerous attempts at contacting him. this has gone on for several weeks. I highly recommend that you do not use Victor for any work whatsoever.

Victor Osorio is a scammer. I have a similar experience as the other reviewer. He tricked me into giving him a $75 deposit to repair my clothes washer and then never returned my calls and I haven't heard from him since then. There's no coincidence that he's done this to another person. Stay away from him!

Terrible customer service, he come by to look at the refrigerator repair and charge me $75.00 I have not been able to reach him call or text for the past three weeks, and since he had not responded I finally call angi for help.
