We recently purchased a home, and discovered when it was time to move in that the hardwood floors had a lot of sun bleaching around the previous owner's area rug. So we needed to sand and refinish our hardwood floors. I was matched with F&S Hardwood Floors LLC and within a couple of hours I heard back from Fabio. He was able to come out to our house for an estimate, and he started our project that same day! I expected the entire process to be messy and very full of fumes, but Fabio did a great job keeping the sanding mess to a minimum and the product that he used on our floor had minimal fumes after the first 60-90 minutes. We are so happy with the way our floors look now, and I was very happy to work with Fabio. We'll be looking to install hardwoods in another part of our home soon, and we will definitely reach out to F&S again for that project.

We hired F&S to refinish our hardwood floors. Fabio came out the very next we had talked and he was able to start working on them that day. His knowledge of what would work and what wouldn't with our type of flooring was invaluable. Fabio is amazing!! He did an awesome job for us! October, 2021. He refinished our living room hardwood, replaced the hardwood in our kitchen, and ripped up the carpet on our stairs and upstairs hallway to replace it with hardwood. His team did amazing job very quickly. He even demo'd the kitchen floors first so we could have new cabinets installed on the subfloor, then came back to finish the hardwood install. His communication was excellent. Followed through on promises. Answered all our questions. Very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him for any hardwood flooring project. We will definitely be calling him again soon (spring 2022 maybe?) to start replacing the carpet in our bedrooms with hardwood. Really great people.

I needed a quick turnaround because the work had to be done between tenant moves. Very fast and really great work. They were very accommodating with schedule and working with my HOA rules.

Fabio was very helpful in accommodating our schedule. He and his co-workers were fast and did a great job. The fact that he showed up (others did not) and he did the vast majority of the work on a Sunday when we were closed, was incredibly helpful. The floor looks good, it was done in a timely fashion and at a seemingly reasonable cost. Our building is over 100 years old and it could not have been the easiest of jobs.

F&S did a great repair job to the hardwood floor to remove evidence of old walls. Canâ t even tell the old walls ever existed. Natural oil-based refinish looks great, and the team explained all the steps clearly and answered all my questions. Well priced and quickly executed.
