Marc is very honest and experienced . his attention to detail is incredible, which is important doing a home inspection. His report with pictures and details makes so much easier to understand. I highly recommend FSI inspection company.

Update: in a previous review I cited how Marc didn't complete a portion of the work he had signed up for. In the end it was resolved by Marc picking up the phone and talking me through his generous proposal. He apologized for his mistake but more importantly wanted to make it right. He did just that. I'd say if you have any issues with his work or if something accidentally gets forgotten, just pick up the phone and talk it out with him. He's very focused on providing good customer service and he'll do whatever it takes to make it right.

Marc is a very knowledgeable and professional. He went above and beyond to explain all the details in the house. His sense of humor made the whole experience not intimidating particularly for first-time home buyer. He answered all questions we had.

He took the time to educate me about the things he was looking at and how to service or recognize signs.
