Frank and his partner (Mario haa! ) did an outstanding job for me. Arrived on time, professional, even helped to move some of the furniture to get every bit of carpet he could clean! My kitchen rug was so dirty, he was able to get it all clean and scotchguarded, looks like new again! Job was done in 1 hour. Very happy customer- great JOB Frank & co. !!!

Frank called right away after I requested the service. He came in on time and did an excellent job.

Frank called me immediately after I placed my request. His price for carpet cleaning was better then the other company. He showed up at the appointed time with a helper. My project was to clean carpets in a vacant rental property which had had a dog staying over while his owner was involved with one of the residents. There were urine stains on the carpet near the door, and the usual dirt from not having the carpet cleaned in 5 years. In addition, even after the exterminator had been there, fleas were still embedded in the carpet. Frank immediately started up-selling me on additional services for pet stains, (I took) and scotch guard (I did not take). His process involved steam cleaning (240 degrees) after an enzyme treatment. Almost all the carpet came out looking like new except for a couple of spots. After a couple of days, I noted that the grass under his hoses to and from the truck had turned brown--probably burned by the steam. In addition, the house had a residual odor from the treatment which faded over time.

Actually came early so got a good start. Added other requests and did those too. Professional and cares about results, did high traffic areas twice. Our couch really needed cleaning and now looks great!

My carpet was very dirty and hadn't been cleaned for a long time. They did a very good job considering the condition. The only problem I had was with the smell. It lingered for days. That may be due to poor ventilation in the area cleaned. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends.
