F&S Landscape specializes in Landscape Design and Construction. We are a general contractor focusing on landscape construction and installation and are always looking for opportunities to work with clients in the early stages of planning your project. Currently we are looking for clients interested in working through a design process with our staff landscape architect and our landscape construction estimator to explore design and budget options for your landscape construction project.

"Hi Ron, we went the extra mile for your project and provided additional service beyond what was contracted. In fact prior to the start of your project we revised your estimate multiple times and updated associated drawings for the changes. Your attitude to our employees was one of the worst experiences we have ever had working for an individual. We entered a contract in May that required a 10% deposit to be placed on our schedule. To my recollection you waited weeks to make a decision and while you were making that decision other customers were also signing up and paying deposits and their projects moved ahead of yours. We discussed on multiple occasions that 40% would be requested prior to starting your project. We discussed with you and made no promise of a start date but once we requested the additional 40% deposit we were there within 2 weeks, per our contract. We are sorry you are disappointed with work, even though while meeting with you in person you said you had no complaints and were happy with it. Unfortunately we were not prepared to make changes that you sprung without warning for a flip the strip grant you were going for without doing a change order. We can still provide you an estimate for the change order but it sounds like we would not be able to perform the scope to your satisfactions so it may be best to seek out another contractor."
