Their team demonstrated exceptional craftsmanship, maintained excellent communication throughout, and completed the project on schedule. The attention to detail is remarkable - from foundation to finishing touches, everything was executed flawlessly. Highly recommend GDM - we'd absolutely hire them again without hesitation.

Excellent product. Ships from back East so takes a bit of time. Actual assembly is quick, but electrical was delayed as there is only one electrician for this (Santa Cruz county) area and they were booked solid. Great follow up and communication with local people. Final result is quite pleasant and attractive--adds a lot of viable square footage.

We hired GDM to renovate our 2 old decks which were falling apart. We worked with Trey who was very efficient and responsive throughout the project. The whole project from signing the contract to finish took only 5 weeks. Robert, the owner, came several times during the project to make sure things were done right. All the crew members from demolition, concrete paving to sunroom and porch construction were very professional and efficient. We are very pleased with the results and the process. I would highly recommend GDM for any sunroom Projects.

We highly recommend GDM sunrooms. From start to finish they were professional and communication was clear and timely! Our sunroom was completed very quickly. Once the materials arrived the installation only took 5 days and the crew was great. We love our sunroom. If you are thinking of installing a sunroom this is your company.

I hired GDM Construction & Design, Inc. to replace an old sunroom and replace with a Four Seasons Sunroom. Bottom line is I am loving the new sunroom. GDM has been very responsive to every request, from getting back to me from my online inquiry on the website, to visiting me within a few days, to providing me a quote. As we were demolishing the old sunroom, we knew there was likely concrete issues on one end (there was) and worried if there was other potential issues we would uncover (luckily there were none) – but Mark walked me through the site throughout the project to highlight what was being done and answered all my questions. Through out the process, Mark provided me with a weekly “Wednesday” update so I would understand what would be happening throughout the project. He was also upfront about likely where the delay’s would be based on the different team’s skill sets needed. I am someone who wants a clear laid out plan of dates, etc. But as this is my first big home project, I went into this with a flexible attitude. Due to the level of communication I always knew what was happening and likely timing on the next task. Mark also provided me a great flooring recommendation (Murison’s Flooring America) and working with the team to leverage the flooring and my painter was very easy. In the few days it has been finished, I am spending all the time I can reading in the sun and my cats are enjoying the sun and getting up and close with squirrels that are visiting the bird feeder right outside the side doors.
