Scott responded my inquiry right away and came the next day to replaced my failed sump pump for a good price. Highly recommend him

Came prepared to install a new sump pump as I requested. Did work very professionally and suggested a pump backup system which we will probably have him install. His price was well under another recommended plumber.

Scott was awesome. We had a main drain clogged up. He was at our house for 3 to 4 hours. Thought we had fixed it. Next day same problem really bothered scott came again and made sure he got all of the roots. So far so good. I would highly recommend

Scott came to one of my rental properties to unclog a sewer backup. Got their on schedule, got the job done, was great with my tenant and all at a fair price. He's beginning a much bigger job for me tomorrow at my own home. Great guy!

FOUNDATION, PUMPS, PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL. This company is a third generation family business where the proprietor, Frank Scott, witnessed and learned as he grew up in his Grandfather's business. I have never met any one contractor who knows so much about foundations, plumbing, electrical & HVAC. Frank is a perfectionist about his work. He and his crew are honest, diligent and perform their work like a well oiled machine. Frank has a bright analytic mind about these projects and takes time to share his approach, explains the process and cost. He was able to eliminate expensive steps others didn't see in the work. He stands solidly behind his work , is through and efficient. As a real estate investor of over 40 years I have never had a better experience in construction. My job was big, complicated & challenging. After 3 years of quotes & searching I am extremely fortunate in hiring FS Services.
