F&S Water Heaters Plus

My project not a listed choice. Replaced food disposal & dishwasher on 1/24/2018. Spoke with Homeadvisor, told because of y complaints, F&S would no longer be a listing. Checked your site today, & found it is still listed, Shame on you. I not use Homeadvisor again. I never received proper receipt of work done, unable to obtain toe guard for dishwasher after multiple calls to Alicia Shannon, listed owner. She did not return calls, & she did not response to Homeadvisor calls, either. So I contacted her on Facebook. I was lied to by Alicia Shannon & Kevin Fallon(co-owner?-worker) as well. I would strongly not recommend this outfit.

Not on time

Unprofessional, no communication and not on time. He was unprepared to do the work. No protection for floors was used. A person who came to my home to install the water heater (from F and S Water Heaters Plus) was supposed to have drained my old water heater for two hours; however, he only drained it for 35 minutes. Due to the extra weight of the water, he did NOT drain from my old water heater, when removing my old water heater tank, he spilled my old water heater water onto my family room floor and a lot of damage was done. The owner of F and S Water Heater Plus refused to take full responsibility for the workers damage even though the F and S Water Heaters Plus worker wrote and admitted to the homeowner HE WAS AT FAULT (he wrote on my receipt he was responsible for the water damage). In addition, the F and S Water Heater Plus worker lied about bringing a water restoration person to my home. When the owner of F and S Water Heaters Plus visited my home to see the water damage her worker did, she said her company use to have a water restoration person; however, that person moved to Florida and they (F and S Water Heaters Plus) doe not now have a water restoration person. The owner knew her worker lied (1) he did not drain my old water heater properly and (2) about bringing a water restoration person. This company is not good -- I will have to sue this company to get justice.

They would do whatever they could to help and please the customer. They are very intelligent and go above and beyond. They definitely know what they are doing.
