We hired Future Generation construction to do our kitchen remodel in El Dorado. They did a great job and turned our outdated, dark kitchen into a modern, bright, warm center of the home. We hired Future Generation Construction for remodeling our kitchen, installing new flooring on the first floor of our house, painting of all rooms in the house and new recess lighting in about 7 rooms. They did an excellent job in executing all these activities. Our remodel of the kitchen required an expansion of the kitchen footprint, and we ended up using Future Generation Construction custom cabinets. These cabinets were designed and built, in my opinion, to be of better quality than by a commercial supplier. Future Generation Construction was on time and budget, excellent to work with and great communicators through the whole process. We highly recommend them for your remodeling and interior construction needs.

I recently had Future Generation Construction remodel our kitchen in Rocklin and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out! From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, the team was incredibly professional and easy to work with.

I had two bathrooms completely remodeled, two windows replaced and some siding. There were very few hiccups, everything stayed on track as planned. I absolutely love the end product. One thing I have to say is the communication was great. Any issue I had was addressed immediately and I know I can be picky, so I appreciate the professionalism and patience I received. Also, every sub-contractor showed up as planned without issues. Now I need to save some more money for the next project.

Just got my bathroom redone by Future Generation Construction turning my old tub into a new shower. The team was super friendly and did what they said they would do. We used Future Generation Construction to remodel our front bathroom. They transformed it from a vintage 1950s bathroom (yes, pink tile) into a vibrant new room with glass tile and LVT floors. They finished the project on time with no cost increases. The workers were polite and friendly. They cleaned up each day before they left. Paul and his Crew and Future Generation Construction were the bees knees. Simply amazing experience. They were way more affordable than the big companies. (Like 50% more affordable on most of the line items!) And the quality of the work was perfect. I will be using Future Generation for all of my construction needs!

Absolutely awesome to work with..... the bid was detailed and complete. He listened to what my vision was. I was impressed with the dust control, the crew cleaned up their area every night, including vacuum the dust, which kept the migration of the dust to a minimum. Everyone was friendly and courteous, Paul's experience came through as we came across "surprises" and he quickly identified solutions. From tear down to completion my master bathroom was done in 2 weeks and 2 days and I just love it..... Thank you Future Generation Construction... :-)

7/24/2024 We selected Future Generation Construction for our major kitchen remodel. Paul, the owner, was our General Contractor (Lic # 1119373). Paulà ¢à  à  s job performance and his work ethic were far superior to other trades people we have dealt with. All of his work was performed to code, no short cuts. He is very knowledgeable and detail oriented. He always left his work site clean when he finished for the day. His communication with us was excellent and he always listened when we had questions or made suggestions.
