Make sure everything is in contract, cannot believe his word. Job took double amount of time. Begrudgingly finished job. Would not hire him again.

"Some people are never happy no matter how well you do your job. If the customer didn't deny access to the job site on 3 separate scheduled work days it would have been completed way ahead of schedule. As it is it was completed on time and totally to the satisfaction of the client. Changes were made by the client that required extra labor on my part that I never even charged for due to her poor planning in material choices that usually requires pre-ordering and rushed schedule and . A 30 inch wide exterior door turned into a 32 inch wide exterior door, requiring me to rebuild the header. (Not in the contract-nor was the customer charged extra labor.) Electrical outlets and fixtures were added. (Not in the contract-nor was the customer charged extra labor.) I'm sorry the client was not 100 percent satisfied. Either way I stand behind my integrity and quality work ethic. Have a great day!"
