They called me for the estimate and the guy who inspected my roof put the pieces out for something and did not ask me, and later on, he never gave me the estimate and then I provided my insurance estimate that they provided to me, and after that, I could not go anywhere I never signed a contract with them and now he is like threatening me.

Fab Build Pro is fantastic. Without me paying them, they worked with me for a year, fighting my insurance to get my whole roof replaced, not just the spot I called them out for. They handled it and we fought, but the damage I had seen became worse before insurance approved the whole roof repair. I really appreciated their time, effort and dedication to the customer. When they repaired the damaged spot insurance paid for, the work was indistinguishable from the original roof, and they fixed some of the more obviously broken shingles on my roof. They are my top recommendation for roof work in the DC area.

We met with Fab Build Pro to get an estimate on multiple projects (driveway pavement, roof repair, patio covering, etc). After inspecting the property, the rep thoroughly explained to us, with pictures from our roof, why it was imperative we start with the roof and recommended a full replacement. He explained the roofing system and how it would work, in particular, give us proper ventilation and climate control, we signed a contract on the spot. The project was a massive upgrade, they gave us reasonable pricing over other companies we spoke with, and did a fantastic job. Overall, they were responsive, honest, and professional. We highly recommend Fab Build Pro and look forward to engaging them for additional projects.

I contacted them and they were slightly higher priced than one of the other contractor's quotes, but I definitely felt like they were trustworthy than the other 2 quotes I had. My gut feeling turned out right they did a terrific job and didn't ruin any of my landscaping.
