A thorough inspection should take anywhere from 2 1/2 to 4 hours, depending on the property. If an inspector tells you the job can be done in an hour, it won't be complete! You should get what you pay for. With 35 years industry experience, we cover every aspect of your home to ensure you aren't missing any issues. The report is provided at the conclusion of the inspection. The inspector will cover any issues that may have been uncovered on the spot.
