Do not hire, does not finish the job, never returns phone calls and overcharges. He said 75 to show up, 75 an hour. He was at my house for one hour. Materials were $60 and he charged me $310 he overcharged me by $100.

Nick was very personable and knowledgeable about my sprinkler system, which had major electrical problems. Nick arrived within an hour and arrived at 7 pm. He diagnosed the problem quickly and completed the job in a timely manner. I highly recommend Fabricor and Nick.

Nick did a great job. He came out the first time, and couldn't do the job because my HOA had turned my water off. He didn't charge me for the wasted trip. When he did come back to do the work he was able to quickly figure out that I had a wiring issue and didn't need to replace the entire control panel as I had feared.

Nick ensured our sprinkler system was ready for the season and even replaced a sprinkler head in the process. In addition to our sprinklers, I asked him to look at our garage door keypad. He identified the problem and fixed it.

Nick was super responsive, was always on time, communicated if he was gonna be late, and was very friendly. The better part was he did a great job and did it fast. He repaired a crapton of drip line our dog had absolutely torn to shreds throughout our acre of land. I m already bringing him back for more work when the water hits. He s a good dude and is very fair priced. I d recommend him to anyone.
