"Hi Alison, Thanks so much for your feedback. Unfortunately, this project was not a good fit for us. In hind sight, we should have gone to see the home in person before committing to service. We were not prepared for the time or effort that project was going to require. However, we didn't want to cancel on your move out and leave you hanging with little time to find a replacement. We made a mistake and put the refrigerator drawers back incorrectly. When you called to notify us we immediately returned to rectify the situation. Garages and trash hauling are out of scope - we don't provide those services. Apparently we didn't do a great job at making that clear. Although we appreciate you pointing out these ways in which we could have been better, we think it's a bit unfair to give a 50% score on customer service and value when we performed all services requested on time, returned to correct errors immediately, and you ended up paying half of what we should have charged for this scope."
