Adrian arrived at the designated time. Performed the repair and explained all of the details to me. He was polite, courteous and his cost was reasonable. He was very professional and I would recommend Factor to anyone. Quite refreshing to have such a positive experience.

I called Adrian about my dishwasher. Based on what I told him he thought he might be able to repair it for a reasonable charge. After looking at it he felt the repair would be too costly and that I'd be better off getting a new dishwasher. He then showed me reasonable, reliable options online and gave me other money-saving advice and tips. I did have to pay his service fee but his honesty at telling me my dishwasher wasn't worth fixing and his assistance in helping me get a new one were worth the fee. If I have other appliances that need repair I will call Adrian.

Adrian showed up on time, saved me money by not doing unnecessary repairs, and got my dryer working perfectly in a very short time. He is very friendly and doesn't mind answering questions. Even though he was there to fix my dryer, he didn't mind looking at my dishwasher and refrigerator and answering a few questions. I really like this person and will certainly call him next time I need an appliance repaired.

We were very impressed by Factor Appliance -- they were super helpful over the phone and described how to fix the problem ourselves, including the website that we could order parts direct. In the end we decided to have them out to do the work anyway since it would be faster, but still ... our new favorite repair company!

Adrian Loughlin is very competent, efficient, and caring. I had an unexpected refrigerator disaster and he worked with me to locate the problem and get if fixed promptly and professionally. The service technician was very polite. He arrived towards the end of the allotted time slot at the end of the day Friday. He seemed hesitant to take the washer apart at that time and preferred to get additional parts incase it was a more complex job. He made a second trip to the house on Monday and was able to quickly fix the washer. I would have preferred he begin the repair Friday; and as it worked out, it would have been finished on Friday, saving him a second trip.

great service. Came when he said he would, was extremely professional. Diagnosed the problem with my dishwasher and said i could have it repaired or buy a new one, but recommended buying a new one because the part to be replaced was expensive, even though this meant that he would not be replacing the part. He charged only for the standard visit fee which was very reasonable. all in all, excellent job at reasonable price.
