We were pleased with the results of our remodeled Kitchen. Factory Direct refaced our cabinets and did all the tile work. Working with Bruce on the new concept design was a fantastic and easy experience .He assigned Abner and Karl to our team and they were outstanding and there work was of the highest quality and workmanship.Abner was very professional and really cared about every part of our new lovely designed kitchen. We were thrilled with there Design, Quality, Workmanship and Customer Service that we hired them to do a addition project in the winter. The job was done on time and with in our budget

Very pleased with the new look to our kitchen. Excellent design, workmanship and customer service from this company. They weren't the cheapest, but the finished product looks like it cost twice what we paid. We would not hesitate to enthusiastically recommend them.

FROM OUR FIRST MEETING WITH BRUCE IMHOFF, THEIR DESIGNER, TO THE FINAL INSPECTION AND WALK THROUGH WITH JASON DE LEON, PROJECT MANAGER; OUR PROJECT WENT LIKE CLOCKWORK AND WITH THE HIGHEST QUALITY WORKMANSHIP- WITH NO EXCEPTIONS. SPECIAL THANKS TO GUSTAVO, ORVILLE AND HIS WIFE, DUNIEL, AND MAURICIO. THEY ARE THE BEST. AT THE END OF EVERY DAY'S WORK; WE COULD EAT OFF THE FLOOR. I really do not know where those reviews are from or I wish that I had the same good experience. The truth is, after you sign the papers for the job be done, Good luck. Bruce and Daniel are not to anywhere to be found and you are in the hands of contractors. They never come show up on time (at least the time that they said they were going to be there). Then they leave a big mess daily. They do not do a neat job. There were screws all over the place, glue all over the floor, on my counters, nails that needed to be fixed inside the cabinets, hurting your hands on touch. There was a cut on the wood that It is still there. I complained about that and Denise came to check on the job but was more likely she was babysitting the contractor was making sure that the job was done, what happened at 7:30 pm one day after the job was supposed to be done and I said that I just would sign the final papers after everything was done. After a exhausting day, they left and I still found problems with the cabinets, we do not recommend this company, it was a very stressful, frustrating and expensive experience, nobody deserves it after paying so much money. After talking to GreenSky , the financial company they work with, I was informed that GreenSky will start charging me a year after the date I sign the papers, not a year from the completion of the job, as Bruce told us, my husband and I. So, be aware and if after all that , you still decide to go with them, Good luck. You will need it! P.S.The only reason I gave one star is because otherwise, you can not post the review. Customer service was above anything I've experienced in a long time. Quality work, professional organization. I had dark brown cabinets made over to white. I would use this company again and would recommend them to anyone doing this sort of remodel.

They followed up on everything that they said they would do. They were clean and professional. It was clear that they, the installers, Maurice and David, and the owners, Bruce and Daniel, knew exactly what they were doing. My kitchen looks like a brand new kitchen instead of just resurfaced one. Their suggestions were spot on..I highly recommend them . THEY WERE A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH !

A+++ I am one happy and very satisfied customer. I cannot speak highly enough of Bruce, Daniel and Abner. I have never worked with such professional, friendly, accommodating, true to their word individuals, especially in the construction industry. They would show up when they said they were going to show up, they kept to the schedule, worked very clean, there weren't any bogus delays or excuses about this or that. Even after the job the done, I found two minor issues and both times within 48 hours they were at my house addressing my request. I would recommend Bruce, Daniel and their team to anyone anytime!
