After Todd sold me the above package, he disappeared. The workers arrived a day early, or they would have never finished when Todd said they would. I called and left a message on Todd's phone 9 days ago and have gotten no response. Same with an email I sent to Foundation Medix, no response. No one checked on the workers the entire time, and they came with questions, which they were asking me! Yes, the work is a hard job, but these workers were sloppy, had no respect for the house, several thresholds were ruined. The clean up was poor at best. They left behind debris and tools. Didn't leave the bsmt hopper window as they found it. They left it filthy, screen not put in, chipped outside siding of house. They left the house, steps filthy. No tarps were put down, i.e. at thresholds, coming in back door. No respect for owner or neighbors. When one was leaving, and the drive was full of their trucks and vehicles, he drove through the front yard of the neighbor!

Fadely shopped it license to a Fredericksburg company, they were not the original hire and did not complete the work themselves. They only got involved when Fairfax County got involved. and in the end issued a Fadely invoice or the work which was substandard. A shady affair at best. A 3ft x 3ft walkway slab has cracked throughout and it will need to be replaced.

I've been working with several contractors in the last few months getting needed repairs and improvements done. This was the last project on my list for (hopefully) a while and absolutely the best. Quick to respond and telling me what was necessary instead of looking for the biggest payday. Starting with the pleasant (and funny) contact with the office to the final perfect results, I highly recommend!

Nightmare contractor! They failed to get the Fairfax County inspection complete on a permit that I hired them for! Im unable to sell my house now without major county issues. Owner Mitch and his office staff are ignoring my emails and phone calls to try to resolve this issue. Mitch was nice on the day that he was trying to get the job. After that, not so much. His crew was fine except for cutting corners on a few things. Instead of filling the beam holes full with concrete, they tried to fill the bottom half with pieces of old drywall. Mitch brought the beams out and was then unsure if they would fit because he had not measured the ceiling height properly. They sent me a bill for everything, including the County permit and inspection completion. I asked them for proof of County acceptance and then communication from them stopped abruptly. I am glad I did the legwork to call the County myself, how deceptive!

Professional company who handled repairing foundation and waterproofing basement, from inspection and plans to construction and installation. On time and within budget. But the peace of mind is priceless.

Originally scheduled repair for a month out, but called because an opening came up and was out in two days. noone wants a foundation leak, but if you get one, this professional will assist you quickly!

ThIs vendor was one of the only vendors out of dozens I made calls to that returned my call. They fit my project into their busy schedule to ensure it was done before the closing on the house I was selling happened. I am very pleased with the work and the price. Within minutes of completing their work, the water stopped seeping through the crack in our foundation. Their workmen were extremely professional, answered all our questions and did an excellent job!
