Ceiling Fan Installation

Mr. Fader did excellent work installing various items inside and outside my home. He conducted himself in a professional but friendly manner. Was very courteous, efficient, and actually cleaned up after himself which a lot of Contractors don't do! I highly recommend him and have recommended him to my family and friends. Charged much more than estimate. Didn't caulk outside receptacle at all. Did not put insulation back after removing it for repair. Was very slow for a relatively easy install (wiring a hot tub).

Mr. Fader did excellent work. He was on time, courteous and a hard worker. He took the time to explain what he was doing when asked and was always careful to measure multiple times before making holes and cutting. I would with out hesitation recommend him to anyone and he is now my go to electrician for any future work.

Max was on time, polite and got straight to work. Completed my project to my satisfaction. Expressed to him I felt his price was steep to replace the exhaust fan. He also failed to clean up the insulation that fell before he left. Next time i will ask for an estimate before he begins working.
