Very pleased with the new TPO roof that Fadraga installed on my in-laws home. Not only was Fadraga the lowest price, but they were fast and professional. They accommodated our specific needs and were very fair on some hidden damage that wasn't in the bid but needed to be repaired. The 5-yr transferrable and 25-yr manufacturer warranties are also a nice feature. I would definetely recommend Fadraga to all my friends and family.

Super fast response to our request for an estimate and they started work just a couple of days later! All of the workers were kind and respectful. They arrived on time and worked until it was too hot to be on the roof. We are extremely happy with this business.

The only knock is their responsiveness, at times. They could use with a tiny bit more organization. Maybe they are so busy. But my patience has been rewarded. Absolutely lowest price, which can be a red flag, but I trusted the positive reviews I read everywhere. Their bid was 50% lower than the next highest bid for a total roof replacement. The roof looks fantastic and they completed the job in a day and a half. They even replaced the cooler roof jack that needed replacing and offered to install a new mastercool I bought, for free. I'm now using them to do several other projects on the house with the money I saved on the roof! Great small family business.

We don't normally go with the 'rock-bottom' lowest bid, but it's 2020 and our budget was tight. I'm so glad we did! Not only was FGC's work thousands of dollars lower than their competitors but they went the extra mile by replacing a burnt swamp cooler motor while they happened to be on the roof oh... and the roof was perfect! I was so blown away by them caring enough to replace the swamp cooler thing I almost forgot the roof, which is why we hired them. FIVE STAR ALL THE WAY!

I hired Fadraga GC to replace the shingle roof on my 2- story house. I found them highly recommended here on home advisor. I had terrible issues between my insurance company and my mortgage company getting the funds to me, losing the check twice in the mail, taking almost 2 months. Fadraga was the only contractor out of the 6 companies I had received quotes from that patiently kept in touch with me while everything got sorted out. They did a great job with the roof, kept the job site clean (I still have not found a single nail) and so far no leaks. I expect to be using them for our rental houses in the future as well.

By far the most economical bid I received to replace my asphalt roof with a TPO membrane. The process was made enjoyable by Laura in this family-run business. The crew arrived on time and worked hard to get my job done in one day. Quality of work is excellent and the one issue I brought to their attention was quickly resolved.

I did everything with Miss Laura on the phone, she always treated me very Kindly, professionally, she resolved all my doubts and my needs. She sent the staff to make the estimation for me. She dealt directly with my insurance company. On one occasion I had to speak to Mr.Carlos he was very kind to me and we agreed. His staff was very efficient and professional.
